My wife and I sold our rental property in Canyon Country, CA on a 1031 exchange program. Our goals were to purchase 3 single family homes for lease in the Round Rock area. | Dear Nancy, After making the decision to sell my house, I proceeded to ask the questions: 1) How to find an agent who worked Real Estate the way I do? 2) Then, I asked myself, what is my philosophy of doing business as a Real Estate professional? I wanted an agent who was available 24/7 to answer any needs that arise and works on holidays and weekends when most Realtors don't. Memorial weekend you and/or your Assistant were, in fact, out checking on your listings. The vehicle with you car sign on it was out driving in my neighborhood on that particular Sunday afternoon and I knew you were the one who could "fit the bill".
